I am an enthusiastic and energetic business coach , professionally trained and qualified with a  long and successful management career in a US multinational. Depending on your needs  I combine a wide range of coaching tools and methods with a deep understanding of business life.
I offer business coaching and management training  in  the Dutch and English languages.

In 1983 I graduated  as "Licentiaat-Doctorandus in Applied Economics".  After a year as a schoolteacher  I began in 1984 a successful career with Mars, Incorporated, a US food multinational with many global power brands including Uncle Ben's, Mars, Snickers, M&M's, Whiskas, Pedigree..
The first 9 years I  built experience in various management jobs in the Finance Division,  the last 14 years in Human Resources.  From 2001 to 2007 I was Personnel Director for Mars Belgium  with factory and office sites in Olen and Brussels .  From 2005 to 2007, I was  project leader on employee engagement for the whole of Mars Europe (30 sites in 14 countries).

During my career I  experienced that whilst the employee training generally results in higher knowledge, it is often not accompanied by  long-term behavioural changes.  This conclusion has  stimulated my passion for coaching.  I am convinced that a coaching programme will result in the integration of increased knowledge and skills in long-term behavioural changes.

In 2008,  I have been certified as Professional Coach by The Coaching Square (www.coachingsquare.be).
For me integrity, trust, engagement, responsibility and personal development have always been my most important values in achieving success.  I strongly believe that people make the difference in business life and that self-knowledge, insight and emotional intelligence are the keys to success.
